Cancellation Policy
• A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all appointments and will be applied to your service total.
• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations (within 48 hours) and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
• Failure to submit payment for late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of booking privileges.
• A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and your retainer will be forfeited
• If you arrive late and time does not permit all booked services, full payment is still required.
• Services not booked in advance may not be accommodated due to timing.
• Remaining balances must be paid via cash, credit card, or debit card.
• By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.
